This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies StayToEnjoy uses, for what purposes and how you can manage your consent and settings.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website or when you use an app. Similar technologies such as local storage or session storage can also be used.
These technologies help us provide basic functionality, ensure security, and store settings that you make yourself.
What categories do we use?
StayToEnjoy distinguishes four categories of cookies and similar technologies. Click a category to learn more:
Legal basis and consent
The use of cookies and comparable technologies is based on different grounds, depending on their function and necessity.
- We use necessary cookies and technically necessary comparable technologies to the extent that they are necessary for security, session management, consent storage, login or core functions of the platform.
- We use analytics technologies only on the basis of your consent. We would likewise use functional and marketing cookies only with your consent – we currently use nothing in these two categories.
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – via “Cookie settings” in the profile menu or in the footer.
- We'll save your decision for 12 months, and then we'll ask you again.

Purposes of use
We use cookies and similar technologies exclusively for the following purposes:
- Registration, administration of meetings and protection against abuse
- Storing your settings Language, design and your cookie decision
- Provision of your shopping cart and the account view you selected
- Processing and fraud prevention of payments (only in the payment process, via strip)
Third-party providers and related services
In normal surfing, no third party. We do not include third-party content, scripts or media on our information, registration and legal pages. No third party transmitted.
One exception: payments. As soon as you start a payment process, we download the payment form from our payment service provider Stripe (js.stripe.com). Stripe uses its own cookies for processing and fraud prevention Technically required — without them we could not offer secure payment. These cookies therefore belong to the “Necessary” category and do not require consent. They are only set once you open a payment flow — not when you merely visit a page.
In addition to Stripe, we are not currently engaging any other third-party providers, and should we add more in the future for example for embedded content or analysis we will supplement this Directive and, where necessary, obtain your prior consent.
Your Rights and Attitudes
You yourself control which unnecessary cookies and comparable technologies are used.
- Changing or withdrawing your consent via “Cookie settings” in the profile menu – this entry is available after every decision
- Customize the cookie settings in the footer
- Disabling or restricting cookies via your browser or terminal
- Delete already set cookies through your browser settings

Amendments to this Cookie Policy
