Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the StayToEnjoy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
2. Description of Service
StayToEnjoy is an all-in-one super app providing a unified digital experience across multiple verticals:
- Social & Live: Social networking, live streaming, and in-stream commerce
- Shop & Commerce: European marketplace for products and services
- Stay & Book: Booking platform for accommodations, beauty, and events
- Connect: Messaging, communities, and professional networking
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Eligibility
To create an account on StayToEnjoy, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have a valid email address
- Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
- Not have previously been suspended or removed from the platform
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify StayToEnjoy immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
3.3 Account Types
StayToEnjoy offers several account types: Personal, Business, Celebrity, and Institution. Each account type may have different features, permissions, and verification requirements.
4. Intellectual Property
StayToEnjoy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on the platform are the property of StayToEnjoy or their respective third-party owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
- Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful software
- Collect or harvest personal data of other users without consent
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of third parties
- Circumvent or attempt to compromise platform security
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service
6. Content You Post
6.1 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the platform. By posting content, you represent that you have all necessary rights to do so.
6.2 License to StayToEnjoy
By submitting content to StayToEnjoy, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain full ownership of your content.
6.3 Content Removal
StayToEnjoy reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.
7. Purchases and Payments
7.1 Free Tier
Registration and basic use of the platform are free of charge. Certain premium features and services may require payment.
7.2 Paid Services
Prices for paid services are displayed on the respective service page and include applicable VAT where required by law.
7.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through certified and secure payment service providers. StayToEnjoy does not store credit card data on its servers.
8. Limitation of Liability
StayToEnjoy's liability is unlimited for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, or damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
For all other damages, StayToEnjoy's liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Any further liability on the part of StayToEnjoy is excluded.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time without providing a reason. StayToEnjoy reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Changes to Terms
StayToEnjoy may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For disputes arising from these Terms, the courts of Oldenburg — the registered seat of StayToEnjoy Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) — shall have exclusive jurisdiction, provided the user qualifies as a merchant.
